Setting Up Your Bot For Auto Group Invites

Our V5.0 Ultimate, Club, & Live Artist ranges and also our Donations boxes all have integrated support for Smartbots & Pikkubots

• Setting them up is simple, just follow the instructions below

Smartbots

Create A Smartbots Account

1. Go to the Smartbots Website and sign up for a new account. You will get a weeks trial to test the system. Web Site Link
2. Follow their step-by-step to add the group you wish to use on your Tip Jar or Donations Box.

Enter Security Code

1. Use the link on the Smartbots website for your Account Dashboard
   • Make sure you are logged in!
2. You will see your group listed
3. On your group click on the link "security code & group settings"
4. In the section AdminBot Security, you will see a space to enter a Security Code
5. Enter in a security code. This can be anything, but since it is a password, try and use a mix of numbers and letters.
6. Make a not of the security code you have just entered and click on Save Settings

Add Bot To Your Group

1. You now need to create a role in your group for the bot and just give permissions to INVITE

2. When this role is created, you need to invite the bot you have chosen to your group in the role you have created
   • If you need help, see: Inviting bot to the group

Set Up Your MZD Product

1. Simply follow the instructions for your product and set-up for Smartbots
2. You can use the Instruction Manuals links in the left margin to find your MZD Product

Pikkubots

Create A New SL Avi

1. Go to the Second Life Website and create a new Avi to use as your bot

Add Bot To Your Group

1. You now need to create a role in your group for the bot and just give permissions to INVITE

2. When this role is created, you need to invite the bot you have chosen to your group in the role you have created

Download & Install Pikkubot

1. Go to the Pikkubots Website and download the current installation package
2. Install on your computer

Create A Pikkubot

1. Start PikkuControl.exe to start the program
2. Click on New Bot
3. Enter the details of the Avi you just created
4. Click on Save

Run Pikkubot

1. Highlight the bot you just created and click on Start All
2. Your bot is now running

Set Up Your MZD Product

1. Simply follow the instructions for your product and set-up for Smartbots
2. You can use the Instruction Manuals links in the left margin to find your MZD Product
